Uggg where do I start. I live in the neighborhood( A polish neighborhood) and wanted to check them out. I tried entering and the door was locked, the polish lady who came and opened the door seemed annoyed by my presence. I told her that I live around and would like a caramel balayage and asked a couple of questions however she seem very rude and unprofessional.you work in customer service and have the most grumpiest face and seem like she could care less!!! I love coming here mainly because I see a certain stylist. The salon is spacious and clean but could use a little bit of a makeover. Not sure why they have the child playpen in the front window I’ve never seen kids here. It’s almost always empty which is a shame as they do very good styles and the prices are good. I understand the stylists rent the chairs but in a case like this it might be nice to have 2 or 3 permanent people there. I’ve never met the owner so far.
