I have a '95 BMW 525I and have been bringing my car here for 10+ years. I cannot say enough about how exceptional, professional, and knowledgeable the service has been in maintaining my car. The best client service ever!!! As a woman, I have always been skeptical about mechanics and their fairness. This place is great; it's run as a family business. Daniela at the office (the mechanic's wife) went above and beyond. She explained every single detail about my auto repairs giving me all the confidence.
The worst. Not sure if they are really mechanics. Not sure how this company is still in business. No wonder they keep moving all the time. Brought in my Mini Cooper Countryman, due to it smoking from exhaust. Pedro, the rude mister know it all, said it was the head gasket, got part, problem not fixed, then he said it was the turbo, got new turbo, again problem not fixed, then he said it was the thermostat.
