This is the only place I take my Audi. The shop has a really cool vibe, everyone is friendly and they do good work in a timely manor!
Really liked the staff here and was thankful they took my car in on short notice. That’s the good. The bad is two fold: was quoted for a job but they didn’t include that an alignment would need to be done too, and they don’t have that capability so send it out to a place that cannot align a car well. I had been searching for a reputable shop that provides fast and reliable service, and they definitely exceeded my expectations. Drove my ML Benz SUV from Colorado to Cali. Because of the drive, altitude change, and I needed a lot of work when I got her back here. The boys at EPA took care of me with love and for a reasonable price. Check them out for whatever you need done
I own a 2012 Lexus IS 250 and that model has a reputation for carbon buildup on its intake valves because it has a direct injection engine. All DI engines have this issue, but finding a mechanic that will remove the carbon buildup has been nearly impossible for me. And I’ve been trying.
