I had a 9AM appointment. I was told this place opens at 8AM. I was generally concerned due to number rings to a cell phone. I called ahead and no one answered. Upon my arrival the door was locked and office dark. A lady answered the door and invited me in to a dark office. I expressed my concern about entering a dark office and told by the lady that I could enter or leave.
