2017 BMW X5 xDrive, we tried the FWB BMW and were extremely disappointed in them, will never take our vehicle there ever again. So I asked around and a friend recommended Dave and Antonio and I can honestly tell you that they are both phenomenal. Not only were they, Euro Pacific Tech, honest, professional, and very considerate, they replaced my wheel bearing and brakes under budget and approximately $2000 cheaper than FWB BMW quoted for just replacing my brakes, while still using new BMW parts. This shop takes superior care of our European cars. There hasn’t been an issue that they haven’t resolved over the past four years. It is difficult to find a repair shop that offers honest pricing and exemplary customer service.

One of the best in Bay County, with a surprisingly large variety of skills. Very little that they don't have the know-how for, and they will be honest and tell you if they don't.
