Nothing but great service and repairs done here. TDI timing belt and water pump changed and no issues 100000 km later. They were accommodating on short notice and know how to fix these cars at a FAIR price! If I didn't live in Alberta these guys would be my only VW diesel repair stop!
Looking for a low milage ALH tdi i found one on kijijo at euromotorsport. At first i was impressed lots of tdis so they guys must ve serious about these cars. I drove over an hour and decided on my car and we shook hands and was told it would be certified in a few days. I overpaid for a car that was covered in very poor touchups and minor dents just for the fact it had lower kms. Picked up the car with many issues still. Doors not locking or opening. OK - so I got hosed on a private sale trying to save a few extra bucks. Well it bit me in the arse - so I ventured out to Euro Motorsports and dealt with Peter to start. Explained my situation and the error I made in the previous purchase. He was sincerely empathetic about me getting screwed over and we started to talk about a deal. Well I looked at multiple cars and ended up (with his help) choosing a Jetta TDI - which is proven to be a 'great' investment. I have no connection to this business whatsoever. If you notice the very bottom review from "K. J B", it describes them as an "awesome place!" and how great they are. The problem here is that "K. J B" is the OWNER of the dealer. Ridiculous review padding; this should be criminal. See below: "K.J B 10 months ago- Awsome place! Gus and Peter are nice guys and give great deals on service, they know tdi diesels!"
I spent roughly 2 months shopping for a car and settled on a VW TDI at Euro Motor Sports. Compared to the official dealerships, I never felt like they wanted to milk me for as much as they could get. The sales guy at Euro Motor Sports was actually advising a less expensive vehicle than the one I purchased. Given that I bought a used car I expected surprises.
