Most untrustworthy place ever. They charge $1200 for A1 service - which is a rip off, only includes topping off fluids, tire rotation and basics. Then they recommended 7k in repairs for a car with less than 30k miles. I got a second opinion at a specialist and showed me the “damaged” parts and said there was no repairs required at the moment. Very very unprofessional service manager. I questioned a service provided to me and the service manager was very condescending. Go to the official Mercedes Benz shop not this one.
