I purchased a 2025 GLE 450e plugin hybring from Euro Motorcars, Bethesda. It has been the smoothest car buying experience of my life. I did my research before completing the transaction and they offered a reasonable amount off of the MSRP on their own without having to haggle. Aaron Diamond is a senior sales person and was a pleasure to work with. He has good knowledge of the vehicles. We test drove a 2025 GLC 350e and a GLE 450e and settled on the later. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER The receptionist, Marlene, is extremely unprofessional. Awful hire- unbelievable that she’s the first person to greet people who call. She was rude, arrogant, and condescending when I simply wanted to schedule a service appointment. Then she put me on hold and never transferred me.
Service department gets a -10/10. Extremely difficult to get someone on the phone and to get assistance. Has been my experience on numerous occasions for simple matters.
