I do not know how Euro Motor Haus can be allowed to operate in Nassau County. I was shocked by the deceptive practices I encountered in dealing with this company. Yesterday - Wednesday May 20, I carried my certified deposit check and was planning to drive home with my 2022 GLE 350. He advised that he forgot to get back to me and was very busy but was surprisingly free enough to call me about this review. Very unprofessional. Buyer beware. Was interested in a vehicle, however the carfax on the dealer website for was a similar car (different vin, miles, etc). I've watched a car in they're inventory sit for months.. I went to see the car.. it was in great condition (from just sitting in the showroom), I was willing to actually buy it. When I asked if I could test drive the car I was told they need to do a credit pre approval first... That's bad business.. the car was a 20k car.. not a 50/60k... Why would someone agree to a have inquiry on they're credit for a 5min test drive to potentially not leave with anything?. Dealership are supposed to ask for your license.. that's it..
