Called them at 8am to cancel appointment because we couldn’t make it today. Guy who picked up was so rude when I gave them the name to the appointment. He said “why are you giving the name?” with so much attitude. To this, I reply “We made an appointment, don’t you need the name of the person to cancel?”. First time I used their services. My door lock actuator broke and an intense review of online DIY videos gave me an idea of the complexity. Dealer quoted me a day's work, 2 weeks for part arrival, and a month's worth of salary. I ordered the part online and then tried to find a shop that could do this complex work.
