This place is legit but I deducted 1 star for 2 reasons. 4 stars for 4 reasons 1. Communication was super awesome! Chase always answered my questions promptly and he never seemed annoyed. 2. Customer service here is nice and friendly. 3. Loaner was smooth to get and clean. 4. They got my car back in a timely manner and the repairs were perfect. Brand new trunk and oem parts! Flawless. DO NOT use this shop for any repairs, even if your insurance is paying for it. Go somewhere else with professional mechanics who don’t take shortcuts, don’t overcharge, and who are honest. Thank me later. If I had gone to another mechanic, my engine would still be working. Multiple third party mechanics specialized in diesel engines reviewed EuroMotorCars’s master mechanic’s work on my Sprinter. They all advised me ‘do not use them again’ based on major errors and oversights.
