I brought my car to Euro Motorcars Collision Center after it was hit by another vehicle while parked. Michael Eastlake handled the estimate and communication with the at-fault party's insurance company, State Farm. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. Damaged the side mirror on my EQS. After having the car for five weeks and swearing, it would be done, went to take delivery five days after they said it would be done and they realized the camera doesn’t work and they were missing two side pieces of trim, which they completely forgot about. You can’t have any faith in their timelines and the quality of work at this point remains to be seen. They didn’t even realize what was wrong with the mirror until five weeks into the repair.
