Arrived at 2:45 for my 3:00 appointment. A staff member moved me around to different rooms until one became available. After waiting 30 minutes in the back, I walked out. Appointments are usually booked a month in advanced and rescheduling is a pain. They never pick up the phone in the first call and replies to voicemails days later. Extremely poor communication and rude service.
