Ive been a customer for over a year, i have been to many shops in the Richmond region i can say Euro Ground is one of the most diligent automotive shops to leave your vehicle/investment. Very respectful and reliable service in a timely manner!
Needed a rear brake pads changed pretty quickly. The team here was able to get me in & out with no issue. Pricing was fair as well. I’d definitely recommend them.

This place is amazing and I wish all businesses operated the way they do. They work with exotics so they know all the “gotchas”, the work they do is always very solid and clean, they are more than reasonable in terms of price, and they will stand behind their work. Recently had a shifter installed and the part failed so I had to have it refurbished. If you want first class, go to Euro Ground. The team is beyond helpful and knowledgable on every level. Their text system is extremely convenient and you know when your vehicle will be ready—communication is key for me! We had a car not pass inspection for brakes and they were able to get it in, fixed and re-inspected within 48 hours!! Did I mention it was a fraction of the cost than the dealership with the SAME OEM parts! Thanks fellas, and to anyone reading this your car is in GREAT HANDS!
