Eric is a great guy and treats you like family. He solved my engine issues and overheating without up selling me. Took the time to diagnose and replace what was needed. Very technical and extremely knowledgeable. Great guy and always available. Fantastic service and highly recommend Thanks Eric !
Eric and his wife Francesca were kind and welcomed me with open arms and helped with my oil change. We cracked a couple of jokes and made it feel like a visit with my friends. They’re sweet and definitely care about their clients :)
Just to share my experience of recent phone calls with them. First call last week, no answer. no issue, sometime shop is too busy to pick up calls. 2nd call last week, they picked up and talking to somebody else leaving me on the phone un-attended and eventually hung up on me, that was rude. not a big deal, understand sometime, people makes mistakes.. Today, I called 3rd time, a guy picked up and I was politely asking two simple questions, how much the cost estimation and when will be the next service date required. guess wh... read more
