I’m stunned by the negative and often illegible reviews - The ladies are as friendly and cheerful as their customers and don’t hesitate to do more for we customers. I’ve trusted them with $$$ suits, etc.

Very dependable. Service is fine. I don’t know what people are complaining about.
Horrible experience and bad customer service. I had dropped off a couple items to be dry cleaned, and for some reason only a portion of the garments were finished a picked up. Two shirts had been forgotten about. A year later I was finally contacted by them stating that I owed a lot of money in late charges. I’m sorry, but we all have busy lives in people forget things, but I’ve never worked with a company that does at least make a courtesy call after a few months, reminding someone that their items needed to be picked up.
