I don't quite understand the bad reviews this place got, because my experience was excellent. There're NO problems with the cleaning itself. My clothes were perfectly cleaned. I had a huge grease spot on one of my tops and it was gone without a trace. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was just because of the new customer intake questionnaire. I’m stunned by the negative and often illegible reviews - The ladies are as friendly and cheerful as their customers and don’t hesitate to do more for we customers. I’ve trusted them with $$$ suits, etc.
