Melinda, Seval and their team recently completed a $600,000 renovation on my 17-year-old home. The job consisted of: all new master bath, all new master closet, hand scraped hardwood floors in master bedroom, hand scraped hardwood floors for rear staircase, new tile and counters for kitchen, new sinks and hardware for kitchen.
