Had body work done due to an auto accident (rear ended). When I picked my vehicle up I was told a part was on back order. I still have not received the part nor have I received a follow up call. When your car is repaired due to an auto accident it’s supposed to look like it did prior to the accident however this is not the case. I’m very upset about it.
