Took my car there in 2023 for a clunking and rattling noise, he was only able to figure out the clunking noise and gave me an estimate for it, and said the "faint rattling noise" may be from some kind of "accident" so I took his word for it even though the noise was quite a lot. Keep in mind I paid $120 diagnostic fee and he still couldn't figure it out. Highly recommend going to see walter. Was honest and gave a fair price. Was straight to the point on what needed to be done without the theatrical performance you get at other mechanics (especially as a woman). If you need work done on your european cars, take it here.
