I ordered an automated electric rear locking soft close lock for my 2006 BMW X-5from EuroChopshop and they got the part to me within 3 days here in Reno, NV. I brought the car by our local BMW dealership and they told me to check the relays that control the electric rear locking soft close lock. So, turned out to be a bad relay and not the utomated electric rear locking soft close lock.
