If you care about your loved ones do not use this agency!!! They clearly do not screen their employees. My grandmother with dementia needed 24 hour care and was sent a caregiver that was clearly mentally unstable! She let my grandmother leave the house and walk across town in the middle of the night and rain! I would not trust these caregivers with my pet goldfish.
