Called Euro Tech about a job they had done within one hour. I was upset for their lack of concern about my situation and their competence. He was unconcerned about gaining a customer. They were unwilling to stand by their work, so I recommend not to use them! So sad they would treat a new customer in that fashion.
READ how the owner responds to bad reviews before you bring your car here. Wish I did. Now I am scared for my daughter to drive her car after bringing it here. Just know if anything goes sideways, he will treat you the same way he does here on google. We will not be returning nor will we trust he would fix the car so it’s safe to drive if we did bring it back. Can’t wait to see what he blames me for after this review …
Mel was great. He was understandable and got me right in for a quick oil change on my lunch break. It was less expensive then taking my car to the dealership and they only use premium European Synthetic Oil in our Euros! Will come here when I need any other maintenance.
