Avoid Alex. In July 2020, we bought a car at an auction on his advice. He immediately requested $10,000 'urgently' for parts. He did nothing with the car until November, after which he declared that the car was too severely damaged and beyond repair. The $10,000 worth of parts were never purchased. Paid $2500 in advance for service and change or rear brake rotors and pads in September. Performed the oil/filter change but had to order in the rear rotors. Called multiple times over the following months, as well as visiting the shop in person on more than one occasion (found it closed when was meant to be open). Each conversation was told the rotors were expected the following Monday or Tuesday and that he'd call me... no call came ever.
