Lost count of the amount of times I’ve been given the wrong parts over the years. Often the packaging is open and bits missing - a clear indication they’ve been returned at least once already. Had a guy try telling me I miss-ordered a part yesterday - it was bloody listed under the reg for that vehicle! Absolute joke.
