All.good helpfull staff
Absolutely awful click and collect experience. Ordered a rear wiper blade online, arrived at the store and was told to come back in 15 minutes. When I returned, I had to queue again behind around 10 customers with only one staff member serving, which took about an hour. Then I was sent to the collection point outside, waited another 10 minutes, and was told the part wasn’t even in stock, despite the website showing 4 available. Bad staff at main counter not very good or helpful
Just awful service. Wait times are diabolical. You see multiple people working yet noone on the tills and noone serving. When you finally get served you get told to wait outside but i bet none of them tell you where to wait or why. If you have click and collect, its never ready or a quick collection, they still need to get it from the back of the warehouse.
