Background:- My car battery packed up about a mile away from this place. It was pouring down with rain and getting late in the afternoon. I was on my own. I teleponed euro to order and pay for a new battery. They were about a mile away from me. I explained I was stranded down the road close by to them. I asked if they would deliver the battery to me. They refused. Told me they only deliver to a house or building. They advised me to walk down and collect the battery. I explained the distance to my car was too far for me to ca... read more
Ordered parts for my car and collected next day, after making a telephone call to make sure I was ordering the parts to fit my car. Telesales person couldn't have been more helpful. On collection, counter staff walked by twice and didn't acknowledge me, although at the time I was the only person in the shop....otherwise would have given 5*
