Went to the store with a ‘novice’ board on my forehead. the dude at the store was very professional and helpful, guiding me to spend my money wisely. Lots of parking too. Would recommend.
Very helpful staff, in particular Andy. We had an issue with the van on Sunday and I dashed to ECP in Chester for a part. I hadn't realised they closed at 4 and literally arrived 2 minutes to 4!! Andy couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. He helped me find the part I needed, even taking it out the box to check it against the broken part that I brought in with me. Very nice guy! Thank you!
Very hostile guy that works on the front desk. Always seems to be having beef with the customers. He was a bit short tampered with me because my card wanted me to type my pin in.. hate going there but it was a Sunday and no where else open
