Not a pleasant experience in terms of customer service for nearly every time I have visited. The staff have no manners. No please or thank you or any smiles it feels like these young lads carry this tough guy attitude and the interaction is just cold. Will order from elsewhere from now on
Euro Car Parts is a fantastic car parts shop based in Blackburn. It is well placed, just off junction 4 on the m65 in lower darwen. I always receive great customer service from the staff there when I need it :)
