I called them first to set up an appointment for them to work on my car he said Tuesday and the amount was $586. Today is Tuesday I drop my car off. It has been sitting at the shop the whole day untouched. Not to mention none of the information was put into the computer on how much it would cost an estimate or anything else that he talked to me about on the phone. My experience here was horrible. I visited again last week to get wiper arm replaced. Nas able to take care of the repair while I was waiting at lobby with a smile on his face. He always charges at very reasonable price. I amazed to see how friendly and professional Nas was. I visited 2 times and both times I received very well by them.

Best BMW shop in stl BAR-NONE. Where else will they: 1. Honestly tell you the quoted hours for a repair/maintenence 2. Openly share their absurdly reasonable shop rate and other potential costs 3. Not upsell you beyond reason. If they tell you your car needs something, it truly needs it. If they tell you it doesn't, it wont. 4. Potentially the biggest one: They will install parts that you buy (within reason, dont bring them junk shit)!
