Literally just called for information on getting my Mercedes "Service A" Service and how to obtain an estimate. Person who answered the phone was very rude and short. I asked several questions which they responded with "estimates" and or what they would need to determine price. I then asked when I could bring my car in or schedule an appointment? Stopped in to ask about my Mini. They happened to be in a lull and offered to take a look right away to see if it might be a simple and quick fix. Unfortunately, with Mini’s seemingly nothing is ever simple or quick! So now we’re discussing whether to pour dollars into a pretty costly repair of an accessory on a 20 year old second car. But since the quick fix didn’t work they did not charge me and you cannot get more fair than that. If we keep the vehicle would definitely bring it back for other services.
Have been taking my 07 BMW here for every issue I’ve had 3 different times and ALWAYS walked away happy with the work and customer experience. Will keep going back as long as I need service.
