Damaged motor in blind after only one year. Months of calls to Michael and he days he will call back. This is going on one year now and he has done nothing. Poor product, poor customer service and never received copy of 5 year warranty. STAY AWAY FROM MICHAEL AND EURO BLINDS. TERRIBLE COMPANY WITH DEFECTIVE PRODUTS. AND SPENT $1;000 FOR IT.
