Raj is a horrible person to deal with. Luckily I was able to get my products from him but it was an absolute nightmare. Like all the other reviews, he made promises to deliver and never happened until I threatened to do a charge back. I was introduced to him from a friend which I expected to get VIP service but I got the same disgusting service that you all have had.
I purchased $42K of materials for a new house from this store and the owners K Swaich and T Swaich are not answering the phones and ran away. They stole my money.
Raj ordered a shower head that took about 3 months to deliver. When it arrived it didn't have the specs I ordered. I tried to return it and he won't answer calls and the shop is closed. This is a crooked shop stay away.
Never deal with this store or owner again!! Came at the end of January to order kitchen sink and faucets. For five months I called and messaged and was given every excuse in the book. Received the wrong sink it doesn’t fit in my countertop which was made to measure and stopped by the store a few times the last time the doors were locked. Still haven’t received my faucet and will pursuing legal action for the awful service and neglect of his clientele.
