All one has to do is check the BBB rating. it is a big F!!!!! And likely so. I wish I would have checked them out before doing business with them. Right now people are not working normal hours because of the corona virus and to loose $500 and have nothing to show for it, hurts.😠 These guys are bad business I have never dealt with a company that does business in the manner that Euro Auto Recycling does. Avoid avoid avoid!! Gave $700 cash to these guys 4 months ago as a deposit on a transmission, to this day they haven't delivered or given me a refund despite asking for one over 2 weeks ago. Seems like I'm not the only one with this issue.
Matt doesn't know how to return phone calls. Too many games with his place. 3 weeks I have been listening to him give me excuses on a part he promised he had. I gave my money (400) in good faith as he told me he had it. He told me I could pick up next day, nope! I had to wait a week! Then they tried to give me a damaged part! I've waited so long I just want my money back! I have been promised a refund that was supposed to be given to me 5 days ago. This place is a joke!
They where cheap and so nice and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone. I will be a continuous customer
