Good old fashioned value! – Our 17+ year old Volvo wagon kept overheating. We took it to another shop and they said it needed a $600 fix. I remembered having passed Euro Auto Plex and seeing a bunch of old Volvos in their lot. I had them look at it and it was a minor wiring issue that occurred when my son changed the battery. They fixed it immediately and charged me LESS than their minimum fee. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere.
Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced – I have a 17 year old Volvo, so I'm accustomed to getting work done. But never in all the Volvo shops I've taken her to have I been treated as poorly as I have here.
