As a loyal BMW owner I have to say that Euro Auto Clinic is the most professional, honest and reliable repair shop I have been to. Shafi the owner is a master at his craft and has always been honest with me and my cars needs. April is a real pleasure to deal with very accommodating and polite. Overall they have taken great care of my vehicles to keep them running like new. Best shop in Fairfield county in my opinion.
Bad. I had a car towed here. The woman on the phone had an attitude going over the estimate and explaining what was wrong with the car. She then started to do repairs on the car that I never authorized, as I was pricing options due to the high estimate. I Called numerous times to state that I would be picking up the car and no one answered the phone. I come to the shop the next day to find they are half way done fixing the car.
