If I could give 0 stars I would. Left my car for a simple service and it took them forever. Kept getting excuse after excuse. My car has GPS and thought it was being stolen from the shop. I called the shop and nobody was answering. Owner Shafi took my car and used it for his personal use. When I confronted him he was stuck and said I took it home for a test drive and stopped at a few places on the way because I was hearing noises. This really aggrevated me. Called to check if someone can unstuck my sun roof of my c-class, I was told they only have an appointment two weeks out and I have to leave the my car Smh. so I drove to the Bronx (between E 243nd st and first street) and and got It fixed for $100. (no diagnosis fee) no wait. Needless to say I am zero precent impress by mechanics in CT they are all amateurs compared NYC mechanics. First time ever leaving a review. Euro auto clinic service was excellent. Had a coolant leak on a x5 M and they did a diagnostic. Found the problem and fixed it. Keep you updated every step of the way. I would truly recommend to anyone looking to service or repairs. Thank you!
