Easy to communicate with and provided clear advice for what was needing repair but helped further in providing time frame so I was able to plan for the work to be done. Would highly recommend!
Can’t speak for their mechanical work, but the receptionist I spoke to was incredibly rude and short with me. Left a disgusting taste in my mouth toward this shop.
We have had our Mercedes looked after by Euro-Aus for some years now. Work is always carried out to our complete satisfaction. They have promptly taken care of some issues that arose at short notice. Communication is excellent - always keep me informed on the progress of the work being done. Tara, Chris and staff are friendly, helpful and always professional. Highly recommend - reliable, honest and caring.
Quick and friendly service and they did their best to accommodate me when I'd overlooked a service requirement when booking. Appreciated the clean car and Mars Bar upon pick up, too!
