I have had a great experience with Euro-American Homecare. The office staff is very responsive and helpful. The caregivers are all very well trained and professional. They offer paid training to all their caregivers in different languages. I would highly recommend Euo-American Homecare to anyone who needs care for their loved one. I give them a 10/10.
My main caregiver was Ivelisse. I am a senior who broke her ankle. I live alone, as my husband died last year. Ivelisse was wonderful. She anticipated my needs before I even asked. She also knows a great deal about rehab and the correct ways to use equipment after surgery. She is dependable and resourceful as well as a hard worker. She is also compassionate and caring. They ensure that both caregivers and clients are comfortable before any service begins and also check in with them two weeks after the service starts to see how everything is going.
