We purchased a few PRO pop up canopies, not impressed with the quality for a “commercial grade” tent. 4 of the aluminum cross members snapped after only being used 10 times and 2 of the others are bent, they will surely snap soon. You can tell the metal is pretty flimsy, easily bending like this. They also require a lot of force to get them open/popped up so with that in mind and the flimsy metal, it’s pretty shocking for the price you pay. ****BUYERS BEWARE**** Looks like this company is failing in epic fashion. Purchased a 10x20 and after only a few uses the cross members (trusses) snapped in half right at the hinge location and destroyed the canopy! I have emailed and called so many times that I lost count. Can't get a hold of ANYONE! Super frustrating! Also, I can no longer log into my account on their website and can't change the password. This company is failing in epic fashion.

Received the premium 10x15 canopy with zipper side walls was very impressed with the quality and ease to put up heavy duty canopy so glad we purchased this canopy will use at craft shows and festivals 5star rating from me D Beaver
I bought alot of canopys but there's no one like this brand eurmax good quality easy I recommend it guys if a aleg broke or something else is easy to replace the parts also are cheap
