Very very nice staff very professional
Packed up dry, yet got rusty after 4 uses in humid weather. We had one of this brand years ago and I remember it being so strong and solid. This thing blows with a slight gust of wind. Definitely isn't a commercial grade tent. Those weight bags are a joke. Any weight just tears the bags. It rained last week and the rain leaked right in. The walls were soaked on the inside. The tent is a joke. I called to talk to someone and then emailed. No responses at all. Is anyone at the helm over there?
You know a company is no good when they can't even respond to the Better Business Bureau. Check out their track record there. MY SECOND EURMAX TENT This is my second EURMAX tent.
