Love our Eureka Nugget woodheater! Heats our large lounge (with cathedral ceilings) really well. This is our second nugget in 25 years and would highly recommend!
I recently had a Eureka Opal insert installed in to an existing open fireplace. It has transformed the house and I regret not doing it years ago. The Opal is an attractive unit and the build quality is of a higher standard than some of the non-Australian makes I looked at. We selected the Eureka Garnet freestanding wood heater because we have a big living area (easily 300 m3) and it has the the highest heating capacity of all the Australian models we looked at (24 kW) by 20%. It has not disappointed. Its looks good and its nice to get it up off the floor on the pedestal. The fire box and door are big enough to accommodate hard to split gnarly logs, and the 3 speed fan is whisper quiet compared with our last wood heater. And it's Australian made.
