Good heater, it works well. We have ducts to other areas of the house and it works well. Sometimes burns too quickly, but that is probably just user error.

loving our Eureka woodheater. Aesthetically appealing and totally warms the house. Lovely big glass door gives such an ambience to the room. The fan speed on Medium and high is a little noisier than I would have liked. But overall a great aussie product

I dont write reviews, but good products and service must be rewarded. Bought the Eureka Ruby, had a few months now and impressed and very satisfied with quality materials and construction, rarely seen these days, big difference in that area compared to competitors. Follow up service must be commended also, thanks Morgan, keep up the good work.

We inherited a Eureka Gemini double door fireplace with the house we bought. Looks pretty good. But that’s all it’s good for. Previous owners left it filthy, broken fire bricks inside. Pretty sure the iron flu grate has to be taken out & needs a good clean, but before I remove this, the fire bricks inside will fall apart. So needed new bricks. Bricks are a special size 159mm x 255mm or something like that, so you cannot just go to Bunnings or Amazon & grab some. The height of these is also higher than any of the tallest bric... read more

I bought the Jade free-standing and am very happy with it. It was quite easy to install (I did it myself with a couple of friends to help). I would recommend getting the dealer you purchase from to print out the manual when you buy it to familiarise yourself with the process beforehand.
