The nicest people! We are here visiting and the entire staff was so comforting! The time spent there was short and to the point, no unnecessary treatment! But took care of our needs! 5 star for sure!!!

I’ve been here twice and both times received excellent care. I’ve had X-rays, an EKG, a CT and blood work. They’re very nice and explained everything to me. John and Patrick are especially nice.

So, Arkansas ranks 48th out of the 50 states for quality of healthcare nationwide After my visit to the ER today - now i know exactly why Go to Mercy hospital ER in Berryville 'the life you save may be your own' (( 😪 sad but true 😪 ))

Grateful for the quality of care. Compassionate staff. Exterior of building is pretty rough looking, so I was initially kind of worried. Inside was clean and staff was incredibly professional. I received better care there than I did back home in a metropolitan area within my insurances network and in an emergency room associated with a major national healthcare system. Thank you, Eureka Springs Hospital Emergency Room!

My daughter needed urgent care for a suspected brown recluse bite while visiting Eureka Springs. The care received at this emergency room could not have been better. The exterior of the building is kind of scary, but inside was clean and professional. Nursing staff and doctor were amazing. Received excellent care, far better than our experiences with NWA hospital systems.
