This yoga studio is AWESOME! Highly trained and knowledgeable instructors. I started with Ariel Yoga and added Pilates by Sherri to my weekly routine. Just after a week of classes, I noticed my body toned up, more flexible and stronger. Highly recommend this Jem in downtown Freehold!
Nice atmosphere.
This center recently moved to Freehold from Colts Neck. A good friend recommended it for my aches and pains from various physical issues. I find it peaceful and energizing. I have taken an aerial yoga class which was restorative, gentle and well guided. It was my first time and I felt safe in the instructor’s hands. Modifications were offered for those with varying experience. I have also begun a series of private sessions with Sherry which I expect to be very beneficial. Highly recommend!
