Amazing customer service. Called for a price adjustment and everything went great
Received my Eureka Ergonomic Typhon chair and I had a problem. Su, from customer service worked with me, sent me videos and came to the conclusion that a new chair was needed. Su quickly did the order and a new chair was shipped right out. I have to say Eureka Chair Customer Service stands by there product, wants to ensure that their customers are satisfied and happy with their products/company. I have a Eureka Typhon and I am very happy with it, recently I noticed some excessive wear on the arm pad and contacted costumer support. They were quick to send me a new part and very helpful!
