Online they make it look like it’s a store that you can go to but I went and they said that I need to have an appointment. So annoyed because I drove here from pretty far to try out some chairs before purchasing online. Please make it clear that you don’t have a public showroom online!
Love my stand-up desk! I picked it up on special on their website, it shipped fast, was easy to assemble and works great! Plus looks great. And customer service was so helpful in tackling a little shipping issue that occurred—they reacted fast, were professional and kind, and would be a reason I would continue recommending their products and service. Nice job and love the product so far (using about 3 months now)!
I had purchased The Gaming Desk With Z Shaped Legs (61"X25"), but when I moved homes I misplaced several important parts to make the desk stand and work properly. Their customer service insisted on getting proof of purchase but I could not get it, as it was purchased several months ago. I was willing to purchase the new parts, but still did not assist me and denied my request. Last time I ourchase their products.
Do not buy the Lucia recliner shown on their website. It is not ergonomic and when you sit on it for longer than 45 minutes, your lower back and bottom will begin to ache. When you try to fully recline, there is no locking mechanism, so the chair back continuously starts to return to the sitting position. It is also advertised on the website as "white", there is nothing white about the recliner, it is a light gray. The chair is very pretty but it is not comfortable at all. I very much regret making the purchase.
