The customer service was very responsive to a missing part that I had.
Chair received with cracked lift cover and the inset screw holes on the back section of the chair were not aligned properly. This made it very difficult to attach the back to the chair frame and it ended up visibly off level/tilted to one side. After a few email exchanges and photos shared, they sent me both a replacement lift cover and a new back. The replacement back screwed into the frame easily and the back is level now and looks great. Thanks!
Bought the EUREKA ERGONOMIC Height Adjustable Computer Tower Stand and I totally love it! They also sell other amazing products that I'm looking to purchase in the future! In addition, they have really great customer service!
