I ordered a gaming chair, received it in timely fashion and in great condition. It was very simple to assemble and very comfortable. The only problem was an issues with the backrest/lumbar that was supposed to move up/down and lock in various positions. Unfortunately there was a defect in the locking mechanism so when you slide it up, it slams back down. I am proud to own my Eureka GTG-L60. While the LED lighting and App Control looks great and works well, the real reason in the outstanding Customer Service I have receive from Eureka. I had an issue with my desk that was no fault of Eureka's, however, they went above and beyond to make sure I got the help and parts I needed to resolve my issues. I love it! Thank you!
I had a wonderful interaction with this company. I needed a replacement part for a sit/stand desk that I'd purchased 2nd hand and their customer service was very helpful and promptly shipped what I needed for a fair price. Thanks Kimberly!
After having issues with a product and sending it I was actually greeted with a resolution that was a chair twice the value of the original one I have bought. Seems like the company does employ support agents that genuely care about customers.
