I bought a very expensive shelving unit for my new home. After putting it together, some of it never looked right and fastened together improperly, even strictly according to the instructions. The shelves are also not straight and are continuing to warp further. When bringing this to the attention of the customer service manager, Chinn, I tried to arrange a credit or refund and was ready to disassemble and return the shelving unit.
