Comptons is an immaculately maintained Retirement Village community nestled in a convenient pocket of Caboolture. A few minutes walk from Aldi and close to amenities such as Library and larger shopping centre. Rather not say still trying to fix the problem from 2 years ago my Unit not up to QLD Building Code Big Management failure poorly managed all so a large percentage of the units have there weepholes covered with concrete and some buried in the soil making them subject to moisture and termite's

From what I have seen the place looks wonderful. It is off King street and an easy to turn to get there. The grounds are flat it is tidy and everything is wheel chair acceptable. Thank you
Bit of a parking problem for visitors. Telstra signal strength no good around Unit 99. Units are good. Could imagine myself living there. $?
