Very friendly people
A relative has owned and lived here for 5 years now. The current manager is excellent and sincerely wants the very best for all residents. The complex is continually being improved and maintained. Good size, self contained units with lovely private gardens. NOTE these are for independent living, not supported living, so you have a lot of privacy or community, depending on your wishes.
Comptons is an immaculately maintained Retirement Village community nestled in a convenient pocket of Caboolture. A few minutes walk from Aldi and close to amenities such as Library and larger shopping centre. I believe it takes a very special person to manage the demands of what is a demanding, complex role as onsite Manager with close to 200 units and Sylvia achieves this admirably from my observation. Rather not say still trying to fix the problem from 2 years ago my Unit not up to QLD Building Code Big Management failure poorly managed all so a large percentage of the units have there weepholes covered with concrete and some buried in the soil making them subject to moisture and termite's
