Was not allowed to explain my concerns to the nurse practitioner. Could only reach a receptionist who was not very helpful. In the future, lf I can't get an appointment with Dr.Basham I'll go elsewhere. Not at all happy with the service.
I love this office... They are all very kind and always have a smile!! I will always use them as my Dr office!!
