With all the hype surrounding the opening in the Village West my boss and I were really looking forward to trying out this new establishment. Our first mistake was to download the Redlands' menu and try and order from it. We were informed when we tried to place the order that the Gorilla Fries, Maui Wowi Burger and Hickory Pulled Pork sandwich were not on the menu. Hugely disappointed. Unique and delicious burgers. Tried the tortilla burger that comes in a tortilla... Was so good! They have a great beer selection and the patio is a great place to hang out and relax with drinks and goog grub!

The service was horrible. It took them almost 20 minutes to get to us to take our order. They got upset when I broke up their group to tell them of a hair I had found. My server was covered in cat hair. It took them an additional ten minutes to get my kid's food after I was served. The food looked great. The fries were, but my burger was bland. I probably won't waste another $46. My brother had eaten there and said his food was okay, but service was about the same. Maybe a weekend crew thing?

Dont let the business name or the description "gourmet hamburgers" fool you, nothing is further from the truth. We walked up the the restuarant and were told the wait was fifteen minutes. Not an unusual wait time for a restuarant but this was a burger joint. In any event we stood outside because the bench waiting area (outside) would only hold about four small butts.
