John is a miracle ! We flew from Orlando to Seattle for an Alaskan cruise and my husband was missing part of his CPAP machine. After desperately searching for places we could purchase the replacement parts we figured it was going to be hopeless. We found Eureco online and I left a message, not certain we would likely get a call back. John did call and came to our hotel on a Saturday morning before we had to go to the port with the part he needed ! We will always be grateful we found him!
