They are the best! We take all of our cars to them and they do such a good job. Recently I took my car in because of problem with the exhaust pipe--I just pulled in and they took it right away and fixed the problem and explained exactly what was going on. Good bunch of guys!
We started taking our vehicles to Eurauto a few years ago & I have been very happy with their service. Not only are they able to complete my repairs in a timely manner, they also will provide a loaner vehicle if necessary. As a woman, I have had other shops try to sell me on things I didn’t need. I am confident that Tim & his team are always honest about repairs that are needed. I recommend them 100%
My older BMW was leaking coolant and smelling of fuel. I called ahead to make a diagnostic appointment so we could see what was going on with the fuel smell and where the coolant was leaking. They didnt give me a set appointment time and told me I could bring it by whenever that day. I arrived around 9-10am and headed over to the coffee shop next door to wait for my car to be checked. Brought my “new to me” BMW in with several issues which they promptly diagnosed. Customer service was excellent and they know their stuff. Hopefully I won’t need them again but they will be my first choice if I do!
