I brought in my car after I was rear-ended and was greeted by Ernie and his staff. Before I explained what happened in the accident on our way for Ernie to inspect, the first words he expressed were “is everyone okay?” Truly caring. Ernie and his staff finished my car as quickly as possible, and had it cleaned for me on pick up day after Ernie ensured the parts were in outstanding condition for replacement. This shop is the best. I was in an accident on the cross town a few weeks ago. It took a very long time for the tow truck to come get me. It was really late when I reached out to one of the owners, Rick Fernandez. He met me at the shop late on a Friday night to take care of me. These guys are old Tampa, honest and hard working..They went out of their way to accommodate me...cannot ask for more! Thank you Rick and Ernie!
