I dealt with Ernie throughout the whole process and he is professional and straightforward. The front bumper completely detached when I tried backing out. I must've pulled in too far forward and went over the parking curb. Once car was in the shop, the car was ready 16 days later. Estimate did not change. I brought in my car after I was rear-ended and was greeted by Ernie and his staff. Before I explained what happened in the accident on our way for Ernie to inspect, the first words he expressed were “is everyone okay?” Truly caring. Ernie and his staff finished my car as quickly as possible, and had it cleaned for me on pick up day after Ernie ensured the parts were in outstanding condition for replacement.
