My favorite gym experience, ever. The instructor/trainers each encourage us to try more than we think we can do. Their positivity & humor keep you coming back. The resistance programs have helped my aging bones.
Enjoy the structured, instructor lead workouts. Love the variety. Friendly and helpful instructors. Great place to work out no matter your fitness level.
Started at Eupraxia a little over 1 year ago and I am so glad I did! The trainers are amazing and the members are top notch! Everyone is so welcoming and all levels of fitness are welcome and not judged for being inexperienced. It is the best gym in Winona by far!!
