I was lucky enough to win a 2 month membership over the Summer after just moving here and wow has it changed my life. This has become my little safe haven. I just hit 3 months in going here and getting stronger every work out. The trainers are absolutely fantastic. I am never afraid to ask questions or about modifications. I was concerned about getting back in the gym for a few reasons. First, I haven't consistently worked out in over a decade and lost a great deal of muscle. Second, I never could find the time to fit it in my already over-busy schedule. From the first time I came in, my concerns were put to ease. I did the 6 week challenge with eupraxia. I was very successful and lost weight quickly. I followed the meal plans and came to the workouts. The environment there is very positive and encouraging. I love all the instructors in Tomah and also Sparta. The member website has a ton of nutritional information that is very helpful on learning how to change your diet into a more healthy one. Great place to to! Instructors are wonderful and very helpful with modifications due to a knee replacement I had.
