I wasn't sure what to expect when I signed up for Eupraxia Sparta - it has been exhausting but great! Everyday is a different workout to keep your muscles (and mind) challenged. I'm not a morning person but I look forward to getting up early and going to Eupraxia. My sleep has improved, I have more energy to get through my day, and my mental health has improved. The trainers are fantastic and other members also help encourage and motivate. The workouts can be adjusted to make them more or less challenging based on your level... read more
