Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, great selection.
Some of the staff don't know how to talk to the customers. Over the past few months I have been hearing some of the staff flat out telling customers that the don't care that people are having a bad day. Not only does it say that a staff member does not know how to use empathy, but it says something about the boss and it's not anything good. You guys need to hire better staff members
