The Best around...She knows her stuff and is very thorough
It was a first rate experience. I have chronic lower back pain and shoulder pain, and was hoping that my tendinitis and balance issues could benefit too. Stephanie is very professional. She listens to your feedback and adjusts everything accordingly (paraphrased example: "it's ok not to keep your head aligned with the donut shaped pillow for now, you can look sideways if you prefer".) Stephanie gave me a really great massage today. We reviewed my treatment goals and she used a variety of methods/modalities to focus on the problem areas, and also adjacent areas that were also affected. I left feeling so much better! She also suggested some things that I can try at home to help provide ongoing relief. Highly recommended.
